Down in Ghansoli Gaon, near the Mari Aai Chowk, you can find us at 2239/0014. This is the Navi Mumbai base for Lodha Group Of Companies. The 400701 area has changed a lot lately, but our little corner in Arjunwadi stays pretty much the same. It is a lived-in kind of place. We have a lot of stuff stored in the back and the front is where we sit and talk to anyone who comes by. It’s not the kind of office where you need to wear a tie. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable for the weather. The Chowk is always busy with people buying groceries or catching the bus. We like being close to the action but tucked away just enough to get the paperwork finished. There is always a bit of dust because of the local roads, so we are forever cleaning the windows. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know our names. If we need something, we just walk down the street. It’s a practical way to run things. We don’t have a website that we update or anything like that. If you need us, you usually just come to the door in Ghansoli. We keep things simple because that’s what works for us and the people we deal with. It’s a busy life but we wouldn't have it any other way.
