We’ve got our setup here in Mahalaxmi, which is an interesting part of the city to be in. Lodha Developers Ltd has been around for a bit, and being based in this area definitely keeps us on our toes. You probably know the neighborhood for the racecourse or the old buildings, but for us, it’s just where we come to work every day. It’s not always quiet, but that’s the nature of being in the middle of things. We don't really go in for those long-winded explanations about what we do. People around here usually know who we are just by seeing our name on the door. The office is a place where we get the paperwork sorted and meet with anyone who stops by. We try to keep things moving along without making a big fuss or using complicated words. Some days are slower than others, and we might spend more time just watching the traffic go by outside. It feels like we’ve been part of the landscape here for a while. Being in Mahalaxmi gives us a good view of how the city is shifting and changing every day. We don't have any fancy mission statements pinned to the walls. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and head home like everyone else in the building. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it seems to work out okay for us and the people we deal with. We don't try to be anything we aren't.
