Our office for Livstone Developers Llp is over in the Arcadia Building at Nariman Point. It is Office No.801 on Ncpa Road. Working in South Mumbai has its own feel, for sure. You have the sea nearby, but most of our time is spent looking at blueprints or spreadsheets inside. It is a pretty standard office setup. We have been here for a while, navigating the usual ups and downs of the property market in the city. It is a lot of coordination between different teams and trying to keep everything on schedule. Most days are just a blur of meetings and phone calls. It gets a bit hectic around here during the peak hours when everyone is rushing around Nariman Point. We aren't about those fancy presentations; we just focus on the actual steps of getting projects off the ground. It takes a lot of patience to deal with the paperwork side of things in Mumbai. We just try to stay organized and keep moving forward. Some people think it’s all very glamorous because of the address, but it’s mostly just hard work and a lot of typing. We have a small team and everyone pitches in with whatever is needed. Whether it’s talking to architects or checking on budget stuff, there is always something to do. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay on top of the pile.
