Limra Holidays

Up here on the fifth floor, room 502, we spend our days at Limra Holidays. We are located in Andheri East, right near the Marol Church. It’s a nice landmark because everyone knows where the church is, so they don’t get lost trying to find us. The elevator in the building works most of the time, which is good because five floors is a lot to walk. Our office is small, just a few desks and some maps on the wall. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking computer screens for flights. It’s not a glamorous job, but it feels good when someone gets their tickets and they’re happy. Andheri is always crowded and noisy, but once you get inside the building, it’s a bit quieter. We mostly see local people from the neighborhood who are planning a trip to see family or maybe a short break. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know how the systems work. We make tea in the corner and try to keep things organized. It’s a simple business. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now and we like the people who stop by. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just helping people get from one place to another. The view from the window isn't much, just other buildings and the tops of some trees, but it's enough to let some light in. We keep a few plants on the windowsill, though we sometimes forget to water them when things get really busy. It's a decent place to work. We don't have a big sign downstairs, so you just have to look for the building name.
