We are based right in Colaba, inside the Indian Mercantile Mansion on 5th Road. If you know where the Regal Cinema is, we are just opposite that. It's a busy part of town, and our office sees a lot of action every day. Libra Intracity Pvt Ltd started because we saw how much trouble people had getting things moved around the city. It isn't always pretty, and the traffic around here can be a real headache, especially in the afternoons. Our team is just a handful of locals who know these streets like the back of their hands. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some desks, some old files, and a lot of phone calls going on. Most days involve coordinating where the vehicles need to be and making sure the paperwork is sorted out before the day ends. Sometimes the elevators in the mansion are slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s an old building with high ceilings, and you can hear the street noise from the window. We’ve been here for quite some time now. People walk in from the street asking for directions to the cinema, and we point them the right way. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s a simple setup. We handle the logistics of moving goods through the crowded Mumbai roads. It's not glamorous work, but it's what we know how to do.
