LHM BUILDCON LLP is located in Vile Parle East, right on Ram Mandir Road. You can find us on the ground floor of the Shri Vishwakarma Building, at G1. Being in Mumbai, things are always fast-paced, but we try to keep a steady head about our construction work. It’s a busy neighborhood and we’re right in the middle of it. We don't have a giant staff or a fancy corporate culture. We’re just a group of people who know how to build things. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and trips back and forth to different sites around the 400057 area. We handle the technical side of building and the physical labor that goes with it. The office in Shri Vishwakarma is where we meet to go over the numbers and the timelines. It’s a practical space. We don't use a lot of jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We just take on building contracts and try to get them done properly. Living and working in Mumbai means you have to be ready for anything, from monsoon rains to supply delays. We’ve learned to be patient. We value the relationships we have with our local suppliers and the folks who hire us. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do. If you're in Vile Parle, you've probably walked past our building a dozen times without realizing it.
