We are over at Ballard Estate in Mumbai. Specifically at L&T House on N. M. Marg. LH RESIDENTIAL HOUSING LIMITED is basically just us doing our thing here in the 400001 area. It is an old part of town, pretty busy with all the offices around. We have been at this address for a while now. Some days the traffic on N. M. Marg is a real headache but that is just Mumbai for you. We mostly focus on residential stuff as the name says. People know where to find us if they need to drop by. Ballard Estate has that specific look to it, you know, the stone buildings and all. It is a good spot to be based out of. We do not really do the fancy corporate talk. We just show up to work and get through the day. Sometimes things get hectic, sometimes it is quiet. Our office is right there in the thick of it. If you are walking around the Ballard Estate area, you will probably pass by L&T House. That is where we keep our desk and files. It is a straightforward setup. Nothing too flashy. Just LH RESIDENTIAL HOUSING LIMITED doing what we do. We like the neighborhood. It has got history. We are glad to be part of the local mix here in Mumbai. That is basically us in a nutshell. We do not need any big posters or mission statements to get the work done. It is just a regular office life for us.
