We are based in the Shalaka building, room 106, right on M. Karve Road. If you know Mumbai, we are the ones directly opposite the Cooperage Ground. It is a pretty iconic spot and we get to see people playing football or walking their dogs from our windows. Our work is all about life care and helping people out with their daily tasks, so the office is always buzzing with activity. We have folders and files everywhere because there is a lot to keep track of. It’s not a fancy glass-and-steel office; it’s a practical space in an older, well-maintained building. Being in the 400 021 area means we are close to a lot of things, but it also means dealing with the constant traffic on the main road. The staff here is pretty down-to-earth. We aren't big on titles or strict hierarchies. We just try to make sure everything is sorted for the people who count on us. Some days are more stressful than others, especially when a lot of requests come in at once. We usually just grab some coffee and push through. The building has a bit of a classic Mumbai feel to it, and we've grown quite fond of our little corner here. It is just a regular group of people doing their best to help others navigate their busy lives without any big corporate drama or complicated systems.
