Leisure Hotels Ltd Booking Office

This is the booking office for Leisure Hotels Ltd. We are situated on the 1st floor of Wadala Udyog Bhavan in Wadala. A good way to find the building is to look for the Dadar Fire Brigade, as we are quite close to that. This isn't where the hotels are, obviously, but it’s where all the logistics and reservations get handled. The office is in an industrial estate, so it has that functional, no-nonsense feel to it. There’s a lot of coming and going in the building, and the elevators can be a bit cranky depending on the time of day. Inside our office, it’s mostly phones ringing and people checking screens to see what rooms are available. We have a small team here who knows the properties well. It’s a practical space with calendars on the walls and plenty of coffee to keep us going. We’ve been in Wadala for a while and it works well for getting around the city. We don't try to make the office look like a five-star lobby because that's not what we're here for. We’re here to make sure people get their rooms booked and their questions answered. It’s a straightforward operation. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep everything organized so the hotels can run smoothly for the guests. Our days are busy but we enjoy the pace here.
