We are right near Mafatlal Chamber, which is a big landmark for people looking for us. Leena And Heena Travels is the name of our small setup. Lower Parel is always rushing, and our street is no different. We have been here in this building for quite a while now. The pin code is 400013. It’s a residential building, so you have to come up to the third floor. We have some chairs for people to sit while they wait. It’s not a big fancy travel agency. We just have a couple of desks and some maps on the wall. The windows look out over the busy street below. You can hear the trains sometimes from the station nearby. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at schedules. People from the neighborhood stop by to ask about tickets or just to say hello. It feels like a community here. We don't have any bright neon signs. You just look for Bajrang Kripa. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is busy, but we don't mind. We keep things simple and do the work that needs doing. It’s a tight space when we have a few visitors, but we make it work somehow every day. We just try to get things right for people.
