Ledercom

Our shop is over in Dharavi, specifically at Shop No. 276/56 in the Kalakilla area. If you’ve ever been to Dharavi, you know it’s a place that never really stops moving. It is crowded and loud, but there is a lot of work getting done in every single corner. Ledercom is tucked away in one of those spots. The shop isn't big, but we have everything we need right there in the room. It’s a bit of a walk through the narrow lanes to get to us at 276/56, but people find their way eventually if they know what they are looking for. We spend our days surrounded by our materials and the sounds of the street outside. It gets very hot in the summer months, so we have a small fan that runs all day long. We don't have a big marketing department or a website team to handle things. We just have the shop and the work we do. Most people who come by are locals or people who have known us for years. We handle things one at a time as they come. The Kalakilla area has a lot of history with this kind of work, and we are glad to be part of it. It’s a humble place, honestly. We don’t put on any acts or try to look fancy. We just open the shutters in the morning and stay until the work is finished for the day. That is the way it is.
