Our office sits right opposite Geeta Talkies at Worli Naka. If you’ve ever been to this part of Mumbai, you know how busy it gets. The intersection is always humming with people and cars. We’ve been here at Leading Edge for quite some time. It’s an integrated marketing place, but don't let the name fool you into thinking it's all glitz and glamour. It’s actually a lot of hard work in a fairly small space. We have desks pushed close together and shelves overflowing with samples and folders. The building we are in is one of those older Mumbai structures. The lift is a bit temperamental, so we often end up taking the stairs, which keeps us fit, I suppose. Being near Geeta Talkies is great because everyone knows where that is. We don't have to give long directions. The atmosphere in the office is usually pretty focused. We drink a lot of coffee and talk through ideas until our throats are sore. It’s not a corporate environment where everyone wears a suit. We dress casual and speak our minds. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when we are debating a project, but it’s all in good spirits. We just want to do right by the people who hire us. It’s a grind, but it’s our grind. After work, we sometimes walk down the street to catch some fresh air before the long ride home.
