Le Meridien

You can find us at 32 B in the Sahayadri Chs building. It’s part of the Mhada colony in Chandivali, which is right in the Sakinaka area of Andheri East. Mumbai is huge, and this part of Andheri is always moving. We’ve got an office here where we handle things related to the hotel and hospitality side of things. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of small businesses and residential buildings all mixed together. Our office is fairly simple. We have some desks, a few phones that never stop ringing, and piles of paperwork that we try to keep organized. It’s not as fancy as the actual hotels, that's for sure. We spend our days dealing with bookings, guest requests, and general management stuff. Sometimes the traffic in Sakinaka is so bad it takes forever just to get a few blocks, so we’ve learned to be patient. We have a small pantry where we make tea and coffee during the day. Most of the people working here live in the surrounding suburbs. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just make sure the rooms are booked and the guests are looked after. It’s a lot of small details that have to be right. We’ve been in this building for a while and the neighbors are all pretty friendly. It's just a normal workplace where everyone tries to get their tasks finished by the evening.
