We are located in unit 102 of the New Happy Home CHS Ltd in Sector-48, Nerul-Seawoods West. This part of Navi Mumbai is mostly residential, so we are surrounded by families and everyday neighborhood life. It is a far cry from the glass and steel offices you see in the city center. Our setup is pretty basic, with a few desks, old filing cabinets, and a water cooler that always seems to run dry. The team here at LAVASA CORPORATION LIMITED is small and quiet. We spend most of our hours either on the phone or typing out emails. Being close to the water in Seawoods is nice because the air feels a bit cleaner. We see the same neighbors every day, which gives the place a friendly feel. There isn't a fancy lobby or a security desk when you walk in. You just step inside and find us at our desks. Sometimes we hear kids playing in the society garden outside, but that just makes the office feel more human. We keep our heads down and focus on the paperwork that needs to be processed through this specific branch. It is a very straightforward way to work, and we don't try to pretend it is something more important than it is. Most afternoons are spent sorting through files with the radio playing quietly in the corner. We are just here doing our part in our little corner of Navi Mumbai.
