Lavasa Corporation Limited

Over in New Panvel, our office for Lavasa Corporation Limited is located in Building Number 14. We are in Flat 10, right on the 6th floor, which gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area in Sector-17. Being near Abhyudaya Bank makes it very easy for people to find us since everyone knows where that is. The Raigad district can get very wet during the monsoon, and the building shows a bit of wear from the rain over the years. We have a functional space here. It’s not a massive corporate headquarters, just a place where the staff can sit down and handle the daily administration. The lift in the building is a bit slow sometimes, so we often end up waiting in the lobby chatting with people from the other flats. Inside the office, things are pretty lived-in. We have our files, our desks, and a corner for old equipment that we haven't quite decided to throw away yet. Panvel East is a busy spot, and there’s always something happening outside. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that here. We just have people who know how to manage the records and talk to the locals. It’s a practical setup that fits the way we work. We focus on getting through the tasks of the day and making sure everything is recorded properly for the company. The building gets a bit drafty when it rains, but we made it comfortable.
