We started Lavanya Tours Travellers a while back in Dawri Nagar. If you know Santacruz East, you know how busy Gate No 1 gets around Amin Compound. That’s where you’ll find our spot, right on Sonawala Cross Road No 2. It isn't a fancy office with big glass windows or anything. We just keep a few desks and some chairs where we handle bookings. Being near Vakola Bridge means we deal with the traffic noise all day, but it’s a good location for people heading to the airport or moving around the city. Most days it’s just us answering phones and making sure the drivers know where they’re going. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy on the desk when things get fast, but we manage. People stop by after crossing the bridge because we're easy to spot. We don't spend much on ads; most folks just know us from around the neighborhood. It’s a straightforward operation. We handle the local travel stuff and help people get where they need to go without making a big deal out of it. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years, more buildings going up and the roads getting more crowded. But we’re still here in the same spot, just doing the work every morning. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fan going full blast while we sort out the schedules for the next day.
