Latitude Buildcon Llp is based over in Ville Parle East. We are located in room 301 at The Summit. It sits right on the Service Road, just off the Western Express Highway. If you know Mumbai, you know that highway is always packed. We hear the traffic all day long. Being in Mumbai City means there is always a lot of building going on. We handle different construction projects from our office here. It’s a decent-sized space, enough for our team to sit and figure out the logistics for the sites. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site drawings. The Summit is a pretty well-known building in this part of town, which makes it easier for people to find us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do solid work on the projects we take on. Sometimes things get a bit messy with deadlines and the rain, but we manage. Being an LLP means we’ve got a few of us running the show together. We started this because we knew the area well and saw plenty of work that needed doing. We’ve stayed in Ville Parle because it’s central for getting to our various sites across the city. It’s not always easy work, and some days are longer than others, but we like what we do. That's the gist of who we are and where you'll find us working on any given weekday.
