Landmark Developers

Landmark Developers is situated over in the Bay Side Mall on Tardeo Road. We’ve been based here in this part of Mahalaxmi for a good number of years. It’s a busy location, especially with being so close to Captain Colony and Haji Ali. Being in a mall means there is always a lot of noise and people moving around, which we’ve grown to like. Our office isn't anything too special, just a place where we sit down to go over building plans and handle the daily grind of development work. Sometimes the mall elevators are out of service and we have to take the stairs, which is a bit of a workout. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or shiny brochures. Most of our work comes from people who know us or see our office while they are out shopping. We deal with a lot of local projects and try to stay on top of the site visits, even when the Mumbai traffic makes it difficult to get anywhere on time. It can be quite humid here near the water, and the office AC sometimes struggles to keep up, but we manage. We aren't a corporate giant; we are just a team of people trying to get things built properly. We know the Tardeo area inside and out. Most days are just filled with phone calls to contractors and checking on material deliveries. It’s practical, everyday work for us. We just keep at it and do our best every single day.
