Our office is over in Vittal Rao Nagar in Madhapur. We are in Flat No. 303 at Charmys Ganesh Nilayam. Madhapur is usually known for being the big IT hub, but our street is a little more tucked away than the main Hitech City area. We like being in a residential building like Ganesh Nilayam because it’s a bit more grounded. It’s not one of those huge towers where you get lost in the lobby. You just come up to flat 303 and that’s us. Lanco Hills Technology Park Pvt.Ltd has been operating from here, and it suits our style just fine. We have our phones—you might have seen the 09959836664 number around—and we’re usually around during the normal business hours. Sometimes we are out on-site, but this is our main base. It’s a functional space with desks, computers, and files, exactly what you’d expect for a team handling park management. The neighborhood is full of small cafes and other apartments, so it’s a very lived-in area. We don't use any fancy marketing talk because we don’t need to. We just do the work and manage the day-to-day tasks from this Madhapur flat. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of visitors, but for our daily routine, it works out well. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us, which is nice. It’s a simple, practical setup for the company and we keep it moving.
