Lamour Travels

Lamour Travels operates out of 4 B in the New Akshay Apartment in Vile Parle. It’s a residential building, so it doesn't feel like a cold office at all. You have to walk past the neighbor’s kids playing in the hallway to get to us. We’ve been here for a while now, and the neighbors are used to seeing our clients coming in and out. It’s a quiet spot, mostly. We don’t have big neon signs or anything like that. Just a small plate on the door. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We handle a lot of travel stuff, from trains to flights. Sometimes people just come in to ask for advice on where to go for a weekend. I like that part of the job the most. It’s more like talking to friends than doing business. The apartment gets good light in the morning, which makes it a nice place to sit and work. We don't use fancy software for everything. A lot of our notes are still kept in notebooks. It helps us remember the small details that people mention. Vile Parle is a nice area, and being in an apartment makes the whole thing feel more personal. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency around. We just want to get people where they need to go without any fuss. It works for us and our clients.
