Our office is right here at Unit 18 on the first floor of Nanda Dhamk. It is near Reay Road station, so you can always hear the trains pulling in and out through the day. We’ve been at this spot for a while now, mostly handling local building work and development stuff across the city. The space isn't fancy, just some desks, chairs, and stacks of blueprints piled up in the corners. Usually, someone is out at a site or dealing with the municipal office while the rest of us stay here answering the phone. Plot 14 gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we are used to it. The tea stall downstairs is where we spend a lot of our breaks talking about the current projects. It is a busy area, and there is always something moving outside. We just focus on getting the structures up and making sure the paperwork is sorted. It is mostly just hard work and keeping track of materials. People drop by without calling sometimes, which is fine since we are mostly here until late evening. The railway station makes it easy for the staff to commute, though the traffic on R Mhatre Marg can be a real mess during the monsoon months. We do not have a big corporate setup, just a group of people trying to build things right in this part of Mumbai. It’s just how we operate.
