We've been at the Bombay Mutual Annex for a bit now. It's an old spot on Rustom Sidhwa Marg. Most days it's just us handling industrial work. It gets busy, you know? My desk is on the third floor. We deal with various factory stuff and maintenance. It isn't fancy, just a regular office in a crowded part of Mumbai. Some people find the address a bit confusing since it's the annex part, but once you're here, it’s fine. We have a small team. We just try to get the jobs done as they come in. Industrial services cover a lot of ground, so we keep busy with whatever the clients need fixed or installed. It’s mostly local stuff around the city. Sometimes we have to travel a bit further out. The traffic in 400001 can be a nightmare in the afternoons, especially near the old buildings. We usually start early to avoid the worst of it. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It's just a workspace where we look at plans and coordinate with our guys on the ground. It’s honest work. We've seen the area change over the years. Some businesses leave, others come in. We stayed put. It works for us. If you’re looking for the office, just look for the 17 number on the building. The stairs can be a bit steep, so take your time coming up. There is a small tea stall downstairs where we usually get our afternoon snacks.
