L K Nakashe Pvt Ltd is located at 355 Janata Colony. We are near the Sai Mandir and just behind the BPT Quarters in Worli Village, Mumbai. This is a very old part of the city. The lanes are narrow, and there is a lot of history in the buildings around us. Our office is in the middle of a busy residential colony. You can hear the temple bells from the Sai Mandir at certain times of the day. It is a very grounded place to work. We don't have a view of the sea or a glass facade. Instead, we see the daily life of Worli Village unfolding outside our window. People walking to work, children going to school, and neighbors chatting. Inside, our space is packed with whatever we need for the day's business. We have a few computers and a lot of files. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. We are a private company, but we feel more like a local shop because everyone knows us. We don't have any big mission statements. We just show up, do the work that needs to be done, and go home. It is a very Mumbai way of life, being tucked into a corner of a crowded colony. Even when it rains heavily, the office stays busy and we just keep the work moving along. We usually have some biscuits and tea ready for anyone who stops by.
