Kuwait Airways has this office over in Versova, specifically in Inlaks Nagar on Yari Road. It's room B2-104. If you know Andheri West, you know how the traffic can get around here. We’re in a spot that feels more like a home than a big airline office. The building is older, but it has its charm. We handle a lot of the local logistics and customer stuff from this desk. It’s not the main airport counter, so things move at a different pace. Yari Road is usually full of people walking their dogs or heading to the shops. Sometimes we grab lunch at the stalls nearby. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some chairs for people to wait in, and plenty of files. It gets a bit dusty with the windows open, but we like the breeze. Being in Mumbai means there’s always something going on outside. We’ve had this space for a while. We aren't doing anything flashy here, just the daily grind of bookings and answering questions. Most folks who come by are from the neighborhood or nearby parts of Andheri. It’s a quiet corner of a very busy city. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can. It’s just a regular office doing regular work day in and day out.
