Universal Construction

Universal Construction is based in the Sara Business Center, specifically in room 101 on the first floor. If you are coming through Kurla West, you will likely see Sheetal Cinema, which is a major landmark right near us. We are located on L. B. S. Road, and our building is directly opposite the local SBI Bank branch. Being on the first floor makes it easy for us to get in and out without waiting too long for the lift, though we usually just take the stairs anyway. The area around here is always loud and full of activity, which is just part of working in this neighborhood. There is a lot of traffic on the main road outside, especially during the morning hours when everyone is trying to get to their offices. Our space inside the business center is pretty simple and functional, which suits us just fine for the work we do every day. We have been here for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the street and the nearby shops. It is a convenient spot because there are plenty of places to grab a quick bite or a tea just a short walk away. Most people who visit find us easily enough because the bank across the street is such a clear point of reference. We just keep to our daily routine here and try to stay productive amidst all the hustle of Kurla.
