Kumar Luggage

Kumar Luggage is right opposite the Surbhi Hotel at 41st Cross in the 3rd Block of Goregaon West. If you know the hotel, you know where we are. Our shop floor is usually covered in suitcases of all different colors. It is hard to keep the aisles clear when a new shipment arrives from the suppliers. We just stack them up and hope nobody trips while they are looking around. The fans hum all day because it gets quite warm in this corner of the block. We don't really do big sales pitches here. People come in, they pull the handles, they check the wheels, and they decide for themselves what they want. We spend a lot of time just moving things around to make a bit of extra space. The 41st Cross gets pretty crowded in the evenings, so it is never really quiet outside. It's a bit messy behind the counter with spare keys and price tags lying around. We have a small stool for when things slow down, but mostly we are on our feet. It is a regular local business without a website or anything fancy like that. We just open the doors and see who comes by. Sometimes the hotel guests come over because they bought too much and need an extra bag for their flight home. It is just how things go at our shop in Goregaon.
