Kumaon Mandal Vikas Nigam

Our office, Kumaon Mandal Vikas Nigam, is located at 404 in the Royal Stands building. That’s in Andheri East, right by the City Mall on New Link Road. If you’ve ever been to Andheri East, you know how packed the streets get. Finding the Royal Stands can be a bit of a challenge the first time because of all the traffic on New Link Road, but being near the City Mall helps a lot. We’re up on the fourth floor. The building is usually full of people and the elevators can be a bit moody sometimes, but it’s a good location for us. We’ve been at this spot for a while. The office itself is just a regular workspace. We have our files, our desks, and a couple of fans to keep the air moving when it gets muggy. It’s not a polished corporate suite, just a place where we come to do our jobs every day. Being so close to the mall is nice for when we need to run errands or grab something to eat after work. The noise from the New Link Road never really stops, but after a few months here, you just stop hearing it. We’re Kumaon Mandal Vikas Nigam, and we’ve made our home in this little corner of Andheri East. It’s practical and it’s where we need to be. No fancy decorations, just us and the daily grind at 404 Royal Stands.
