Down in J.B. Nagar, in the Satellite Building near Om Nagar, you’ll find KUBERA & SONS. It’s a typical Andheri East location, meaning there’s always a lot of movement and something happening nearby. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle our business affairs without much theater. We’ve got the name on the door and a few desks inside, and that’s about it. The building itself is quite well-known in the area, so people don’t usually have a hard time finding us. We are a family-oriented setup, so the atmosphere is pretty relaxed but we still stay focused on the work that needs to be done. There’s a lot of record-keeping involved in what we do, so you’ll see plenty of ledgers and files if you walk in. We don't have fancy partitions or modern art on the walls. It’s more about the metal cupboards and the steady sound of typing. The local tea shop is just a short walk away, and we probably spend too much time there when things get a bit slow in the mid-afternoon. We take our work seriously, but we don't feel the need to dress it up in big words or corporate talk. It’s just us, working through the week, dealing with the daily tasks, and making sure things are taken care of in a simple, honest way. That’s the way we’ve always done it and it seems to work fine for everyone here.
