Our workshop is set up in Kalpana Colony in Dhar. It is more of a practical space than an office. We do a lot of engineering and fabrication work here, which basically means we spend most of our time welding, cutting, and putting metal structures together. It’s not the quietest place to work, especially when the big machines are running, but we like the process of actually making things. We started out small and stayed that way for a bit, just taking on whatever jobs came our way from local builders or people needing repairs. Now we do some slightly bigger projects too. You’ll usually find us covered in a bit of grease or dust because we are always right in the middle of the work. We don't have any fancy brochures to hand out. If someone wants to know what we do, they usually just come by the colony and look at what we are currently building in the yard. We have a few steady workers who have been with us through the years and know how to handle the tools properly. Sometimes jobs take longer than we thought because a machine breaks down or the materials show up late, but we always try to finish what we started. It’s a straightforward business where we just focus on doing the job right so the things we build actually hold up over time.
