Our office is tucked into the Hansraj Shivaji Mansion. The address is 21 Bhandup, right on the 16th Main of Indiranagar 100 Feet Road. It’s a location that sees a lot of traffic, especially with the 100 Feet Road being so popular for people driving through. The building has its own character, and we are glad to be part of the activity here. We have a front desk where someone is usually sitting, ready to talk about bus timings or trip details. The chairs in the waiting area are a bit worn out, but they are comfortable enough for a short wait. We have a big calendar on the wall with lots of notes scribbled on it. It gets quite loud outside with the horns and the buses going by, but that is just part of being in this neighborhood. We spend our days coordinating with drivers and making sure the vehicles are where they are supposed to be. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and writing down names. Sometimes we have a bit of a rush in the evenings when people are finished with work and come by to ask questions. We don’t have a fancy website or anything like that. We mostly just rely on people seeing our name on the mansion and walking in. It is a busy life, but we like the pace of things here on the 16th Main.
