Kripa Balaji Tours

Kripa Balaji Tours is located at C-3 in Arun Bazar, which is right on Station Road in Andheri East. Being so close to the station means that it is almost always crowded right outside our door. We get a massive amount of foot traffic from people who are rushing to catch their morning or evening trains. Our office is small and a bit tucked away inside the bazar. You really have to look for our sign among all the other shops in the building. Inside, it is mostly just us and a few computers. We focus quite a bit on pilgrimage tours and organized family trips. A lot of people come to see us because they want to travel to Tirupati or other important temple towns. We know those specific routes and hotels very well by now. We don't have a big fancy website with professional photos. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or from people just walking in from Station Road. It gets a bit cramped in here when we have more than two or three customers at the same time. We keep a few simple plastic chairs for people to sit on while they wait. We aren't corporate types at all. We speak plainly and tell people exactly what they should expect on their journey. Sometimes the trains are late or the local hotels are very basic, and we make sure people know that before they pay.
