Krayr Properties Private Limited is located over in Sector 48 of Nerul. Our spot is B-13/3/14, which sounds a bit confusing if you aren't familiar with the way Navi Mumbai is laid out, but once you’re in the neighborhood, it’s easy to find. We’ve been operating from this little corner for a while now. It’s a small office where we manage various property interests. It’s not one of those glass-walled offices you see in the movies; it’s more of a functional space where we actually get things done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who are looking for a place to live or invest in. Nerul is a great area, and we like being centrally located here. The team is just a handful of us who know the local market pretty well. We don't use a lot of buzzwords or try to sell people on things they don't need. Usually, it's just about finding the right fit for whatever someone is looking for. The files are a bit disorganized sometimes, but we know where everything is. We handle the boring stuff like documentation and title checks so others don't have to worry about it. It’s a steady job and we enjoy the people we meet. If you happen to be in Sector 48, you'll likely see us grabbing tea nearby during our breaks.
