Our branch of K.Raheja Corp. is over in Powai, specifically in the IIT Market area, right opposite the old pipeline. This part of Mumbai has its own vibe, very different from the south or the suburbs. Being near the IIT means there’s always a lot of students and activity around, and the old pipeline is a landmark everyone knows. Our office at 400076 isn't a massive corporate headquarters; it’s a local hub where we manage the day-to-day details of our projects. The building is older, and you can tell it’s seen a lot of years. We have desks cluttered with project files and a small pantry where we make way too much tea. The commute for some of us involves navigating the Powai traffic, which is never easy, but we’ve been doing it for years. Inside, it’s just a group of people working together. We don't have a big marketing team or a shiny reception area. We just focus on what needs to be done. Sometimes we go for a walk by the pipeline during lunch to clear our heads. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense environment. We know the local shops and the people around the IIT market, and they know us. It’s just how we operate in this part of Mum-400076. There’s usually a stack of old newspapers in the corner that we haven’t gotten around to throwing away yet.
