You can find our office up on the eighth floor of the Fairmount building. We're in Suite 803, right there in Sector-17 of Sanpada. Being in Navi Mumbai means we're always around a lot of activity. KPR Constrowell is pretty much just a team of people who have spent years learning how buildings actually go up. We moved into this office a while back because it's a central spot for our local projects. It's a decent view from up here, though we're usually too busy looking at blueprints or spreadsheets to notice it much. We deal with construction and well-being of structures, which keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the elevator in this building takes forever, which can be annoying when we're running late for a site visit. We don't have a flashy reception area or anything like that. It's mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee cups. We like to keep things straightforward and avoid all that corporate talk you hear so much these days. Most of our guys have been in the trade for a long time. We know the local regulations and the way things move in this part of town. It's a lot of hard work and long hours, but we prefer it that way. If we're not in the office, we're probably out somewhere getting our hands dirty on a plot nearby.
