We operate out of the Bozo Apartment in Kandivali, specifically at number 2. It is a bit different from having a shop on a main street, as we are tucked away in a residential building. This gives the place a much quieter feel than a typical office. We have set up our workspace here with a few desks and some computers to handle all the travel bookings. Most of our day is spent talking to people about their travel plans and trying to find the right connections for them. Since we are in an apartment, it feels a bit more personal, and we often find ourselves having long conversations with clients over a glass of water. The room is usually filled with the sound of the printer going off or the hum of the air conditioner. We keep a lot of files on hand because you never know when someone will call about an old booking. Kandivali is a busy area, but once you step inside our place, things slow down a bit. We don't go in for any corporate look; the shelves are a bit messy and we have posters of different cities pinned up wherever they fit. It is just a small, local operation where we put in the hours to make sure everything is sorted. We have been doing this for years, and the routine of checking schedules and confirming seats is just part of who we are.
