We are located on the third floor of Parekh Wadi, right in the heart of the Prathna Samaj area. If you’ve ever been to this part of Mumbai, you know how crowded and lively it is. Our office is in Room 69, which isn't huge, but we managed to fit everything we need for the daily bank work. It’s an old building, so you have to walk up the stairs, which keeps us active I guess. We deal with a lot of people coming in for basic banking stuff, paperwork, and questions about their accounts. It’s not like the big, shiny corporate offices you see in the movies. It’s a practical workspace where we focus on getting the job done. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the fans make a bit of noise, but it works for us. We know many of the locals who drop by, and there’s always someone popping their head in to say hello. Working in a wadi means there’s a real sense of community, even if the space is a bit cramped. We spend most of our day sitting at the desks, typing away or checking documents. It’s honest work, and we try to be as helpful as we can to anyone who makes the climb up to the third floor. We've been in this spot for a while now and know the rhythm of the street below.
