Our office is at number 50 on the ground floor of Popular Arcade. It’s on Tata Road, right near Roxy Cinema in the Girgaon area. If you know the neighborhood, you know it’s one of those classic old Mumbai spots with narrow streets and tons of people. Being at Opera House means we are right in the middle of all that energy. We work on developers' projects and general construction. It’s a challenge getting trucks and heavy materials into this part of town, let me tell you. We spend a lot of time just coordinating the logistics so we don't block the whole street. Our office isn't fancy at all. It’s just a ground-floor room where we keep our records and meet people to talk about their projects. We’ve been doing this for a long time, so we’ve seen all the ups and downs of the market. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing people. We just focus on the buildings. Sometimes the office gets dusty because of the construction nearby or the traffic outside, but that’s just life in Girgaon. We have a small team, and we all know our jobs. We don't use complicated words to explain what we do. We just build things and try to make sure they’re solid. It’s a lot of hard work and many phone calls to different contractors, but we like the feeling of seeing a project finally get finished after months of hard effort.
