Our office is located at Dharamputra Pritam Estate, right on Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Road in Dadar East. We’re on the ground floor, at plot number 43, which makes it easy for people to drop by. Dadar is always buzzing with energy, and being on such a major road means we’re never far from the action. Kohli Vivan Ventures Llp is a small venture firm where we look at different projects and try to make them work. We aren't corporate types with polished shoes and scripted answers. We're just regular people who know a bit about business and property. The office can get a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we’ve learned to work through it. We don't spend a lot of money on branding or fancy logos. Our focus is more on the numbers and the practical side of the ventures we take on. Sometimes we take a chance on something new, and other times we stick to what we know. It’s a bit of a mix, really. We’ve been in this Dadar location for a while, and we appreciate the convenience of the area. We just try to stay busy and do work that we can be proud of at the end of the day. It’s a simple way of looking at things, but it works for us. We've found that being straightforward helps us get things done much faster than being formal.
