We’re over in the Jaferbhay Industry Estate at Marolnaka, unit 220. Being in Andheri East means there is always traffic, but it’s a good central place for us. We deal with tools and allied products. The industrial estate is always humming with activity. Our unit isn't massive, so we have to be organized with how we store everything. It’s a lot of lifting and moving boxes around. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don't need to say much to get the job done. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to supply what people need and get through the day. Sometimes deliveries get delayed because of the rain or the traffic on the main road, and we just have to deal with it. We don't have a polished front office with a receptionist. Usually, you’ll find us in the back checking inventory or packing orders. It’s a practical way to run things. We focus on the items we have and make sure they go to the right place. It's a steady rhythm we've got going here. There is always a layer of dust on the shelves, but we know where everything is kept. It works for us and our customers don't seem to mind the lack of a showroom. We just keep our heads down and handle the packing tape and the shipping labels until the courier arrives.
