Kohinoor Group

Our office is located at Flat 103, Tower-B in the Balaji Garden complex. Being in Plot 17 of Sector-11 in Koparkhairne means we are right in a residential hub of Navi Mumbai. It’s a bit of a different setup since we are in a residential tower, but it makes the work environment feel a bit more relaxed than a cold office building. Kohinoor Group has been here for a bit, and we’ve gotten to know the security guards and the folks living in the other towers quite well. The 400709 area is usually pretty lively with people coming and going. Inside the flat, we’ve set up our desks where the living room would normally be. It’s a tight squeeze sometimes, especially when we have meetings or deliveries arriving at the same time. We don't have any big signs outside, just a small nameplate near the door. The commute for most of us isn't too bad because the railway station isn't far off. During the monsoon, the rain really lashes against the windows here, which can be a bit distracting but also quite nice. We keep a kettle going for coffee and tea throughout the afternoon to keep us going during the long hours. It’s not a high-pressure corporate suite, just a place where we sit down and get our daily tasks finished. The lighting is a bit dim in the back rooms, but we make do with extra lamps. It’s a practical space for us to run the group’s activities without any unnecessary fluff or fancy decor.
