Knotty Affair

We are located at 501, Sweetland Apartment on Holy Cross Road. This is in the IC Colony area of Borivali West. If you know where the ICICI Bank is, Knotty Affair is just right behind it. IC Colony is a nice, quiet neighborhood compared to the rest of Mumbai. Our place is up on the fifth floor. It’s where we do all our thinking and organizing. It’s more of a home-office setup than a store. We like it because it stays quiet. Most days, we are just sitting around the table going over schedules. The apartment has a good view of the trees outside. We’ve been here in Borivali for quite some time. Being behind the bank makes it easy for people to find us the first time they visit. We don't have a lot of walk-in traffic, which is fine by us. Usually, people call first before they come up. We keep things pretty simple here. No big desks or leather chairs. Just a place to work. The tea lady comes by in the afternoon, and that’s usually the highlight of the day. It’s a comfortable spot to be. We are just regular people working out of a regular apartment. If you are around IC Colony, you know it’s a tight-knit community, and we feel part of that. There is not much more to it.
