Knakia Spaces

We’ve been at this spot in J B Nagar for a while now. Being up on the 10th floor of this building means we see a lot of what’s going on around Shivaji Nagar. It’s a busy area, but once you get up here to C T S No 215, things get a bit quieter. We spend most of our time dealing with the different spaces we manage. It’s not always easy keeping everything in order, especially with how fast things move in Mumbai. People come in and out of the office all day. Some are looking for a new place to set up, others just have questions about their current spot. We don't really do the big fancy speeches. We just show the rooms and explain how the rent works. Sometimes the elevators are slow, so we tell people to give themselves a few extra minutes when they visit. The view from the 10th floor isn't half bad though. You can see the traffic piling up below while we’re just sitting here working through the files. Most of us here grew up nearby or have worked in this part of town for years. It’s just how we do things. We keep the paperwork on the desks and try to answer the phone whenever it rings. There’s always someone here if you drop by during the day. It’s a plain office, nothing too special to look at, but it works for us and the people we help out.
