Down at W-207 in MIDC Ambad, we run Kirti Engineering. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always noise and people moving parts around. We do engineering work, which basically means we fix things or make parts that other businesses need. It’s dusty sometimes, but that’s the nature of being in Ambad. We started small and just stayed here because it makes sense for the type of work we do. Our shed isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space with the machines we need. We handle a lot of metalwork and custom jobs. People from nearby factories often drop by to see if we can help with a specific part they can't find elsewhere. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Usually, it's just us working through the backlog of orders. Sometimes a job takes longer than we thought, especially if the material is hard to get. We just tell it like it is. It's honest work. The sun gets quite hot in this part of Nashik during the summer, but we keep the machines running. It’s just how life is in the MIDC belt. We focus on getting the dimensions right. There are times when a machine breaks down and we have to spend all night fixing it so we don't fall behind. It isn't always easy, but we’ve been doing this for long enough that we know how to handle the pressure. We just take things one day at a time here.
