Kiran Tour & Travels

Kiran Tour & Travels is situated in the Khandoba Mal area of Vile Parle East. It is a small office that stays quite busy because people are always thinking about their next trip or needing help with some travel paperwork. Vile Parle is a fast-paced place and we feel that every day with the phones ringing and people dropping in to ask about train timings or car rentals. The office isn't very large, just a couple of desks, some chairs for visitors, and stacks of brochures that we try to keep organized on the side table. We spend a lot of our time staring at computer screens looking for the best routes or checking if certain hotels have any rooms left for the dates people want. Khandoba Mal is a decent spot to be based in because it is easy for people in the neighborhood to just walk over after they finish their daily errands. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when three people walk in at once and the printer starts acting up, but we just handle it one person at a time. We do a lot of the standard stuff like booking tickets and arranging transport for families going on holiday. It is honest work and we like hearing the stories of where people are going. The walls have a few old calendars and maps pinned up which helps us keep track of things. We just try to keep things moving smoothly.
