Kings Tours & Travels

Kings Tours & Travels is located up on the first floor on Narayana Pillai Street in Powai. If you are standing right opposite the IIT Main Gate, you can pretty much see where we are. It’s a busy area with students and office folks moving around all the time. Our office isn't anything big or flashy. It’s just a room where we get the travel work done. We spend most of our day looking at bus schedules and checking flight prices for whoever walks in. Being near the 3rd Street means there’s always noise from the road, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We started this because people around here needed a reliable place to get their tickets without having to go too far. We don’t do big advertising or anything. Most people find us because they live in the neighborhood or go to the college nearby. Sometimes we are juggling three phone calls at once trying to confirm a cab for someone. It gets a bit chaotic on Monday mornings. We have a couple of desks and some old maps on the wall that probably need replacing. It’s a simple setup. If you need to go somewhere, you just come up the stairs and talk to us. We try to keep the paperwork straight and make sure everyone gets their boarding passes on time. That’s about it for our daily routine here in Powai.
