Kingfisher Airlines

We are based in the New Airport Colony in Vile Parle East, specifically at B-17/1. It is right near the airport, which makes sense for what we do every day. You can hear the planes taking off and landing all day long from our desks. It becomes like background noise after you have been working here for a week. This office is where a lot of the administrative side of the airline happens. It is not the terminal where the passengers go, but rather a place for the staff to handle the daily operations of the company. We deal with a lot of paperwork regarding flights and crew schedules. The building is just a standard one in the colony, nothing that stands out too much to passersby. Vile Parle is a busy neighborhood, and the east side is always buzzing with people and heavy traffic. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the computer screens in front of us. There is always something to update or a report to finish before the day ends. Sometimes the canteen gets really crowded during lunch, and that is when you see everyone from the different departments together. It is a practical workspace for everyone. We do not spend money on fancy furniture or art. We just need desks that work and a good internet connection to get through the shift. We have been part of this airport community for a long time now.
