Kinam Engineering Industries

We run our operations out of three different units here in the Parmar Industrial Estate. You can find us in units 1, 9, and 16. The estate is located in the Bail Bazar area of Kurla West. If you are familiar with the Kurla neighborhood, you know it can get incredibly crowded and fast-paced. Since we are spread across three separate units, we are constantly walking back and forth through the estate to check on things or talk to each other. It is quite a bit of walking every day. Kinam Engineering Industries is where all our manufacturing and heavy-duty work happens. The industrial estate itself is an older place with a lot of history behind it. There are always delivery trucks moving in and out, and the air usually smells like machine oil and cut metal. We have a mix of some older, reliable machines and a few newer pieces of equipment we have added over time. The guys on our floor know these machines better than anyone. We do not have a shiny head office or a corporate lounge; we just work right where the machines are located. It is a practical way to manage everything. Sometimes the heavy rains make the roads around Bail Bazar a bit difficult to navigate, but we always make it in. We have been part of this local industrial community for a long time. Everyone knows everyone else around here, and we just keep the production going.
