Kids Corner

Kids Corner is located right on the ground floor of Raheja Nest. If you know the Lake Homes area in Chandivali, you have probably walked past us a few times on Irb Road. Being on the ground floor is handy because we do not have to deal with elevators when parents are bringing in strollers or carrying sleepy kids. We have been in Andheri East for some time now, and we have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Inside, it is basically just a big open space where the children spend their hours. We have a few different sections for different ages, but it all kind of blends together when things get busy. The staff here live nearby, so we usually just walk or take a rickshaw to work. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that; it is just a few of us making sure the place stays tidy and the kids are looked after. Sometimes the rain makes the Irb Road a bit messy outside, but the inside stays dry and busy. We have a lot of regulars from the Lake Homes buildings who just pop in and out throughout the week. It is a practical setup for the local families. We do not go for anything too polished because kids are messy anyway. We just keep the snacks ready and try to stay on top of the daily schedule. It is a decent little spot.
