Our office is at 279 Bellasis Road, inside the Bustan Apartment building. It is a very busy part of the city, and there is always a lot of shouting and horns honking outside. We have been here for years, helping people figure out how to get to where they need to go. We don't have a big fancy office with bright lights. It is just a normal room with some desks and a lot of old registers and files. Traveling can be a real pain with all the rules changing all the time, so we just try to keep it simple for everyone. We don't use any of those big travel websites much. We prefer talking to people directly. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and it gets a bit stressful, but we just take it one call at a time. The Bustan Apartment is a well-known spot, so people don't have much trouble finding us. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking to airlines or train offices. We don't promise any magic, just that we will do the work to get your tickets and papers in order. We drink a lot of tea and sometimes have our lunch right at the desk if we are busy. It is not a glamorous life, but we like helping the people from the neighborhood see the world. It is just a normal travel shop trying to help out.
