We are Kgsg Builders Llp, and you can find us at the Creative Industrial Estate in Lower Parel. Our office is situated in the Sitaram Mill Compound on N M Joshi Marg, specifically on the second floor in room 205. It’s an old part of the city with a lot of history, and the compound is always buzzing with different small businesses. We’ve been here for a while, and it suits us perfectly. We don't have a big corporate setup or a lot of staff in suits. We’re mostly out on the field at our various construction sites. When we are in the office, it's usually to go over blueprints or handle the accounts. The space is filled with samples of wood, stone, and tile that we’re considering for our projects. We don’t use any fancy marketing talk or try to sound bigger than we are. We’re just a team of builders who know the city and know how to get things done despite the challenges. Lower Parel can be a nightmare for traffic, but it’s a central spot for us to reach our projects. We just take things one day at a time and focus on the job at hand. If you’re around Plot 12, that’s where we are. We might be busy, but we always have time for a quick chat about building work. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living in this busy city. We just keep our heads down and get the building done.
